Leo supplies judgment where the decision matters. Marvin remembers the working context, keeps commitments visible, and prepares the next move without demanding a meeting for every small adjustment.
Make the test executable
Turn the idea into tasks that fit your real week: usually 20–90 minutes each.
Put it in contact with reality
Ship, ask, publish, prototype, or change one small thing. Marvin keeps the loop moving by text or phone.
Keep the receipt
Record what happened, including silence, friction, correction, and the reasons not to continue.
A month with a shape
Weeks 1–2 / Run one experiment
Define the question, build the task queue, execute across roughly three working days per week, and keep an experiment log.
Weeks 3–4 / Read and recalibrate
Review two logs with Leo. Keep, revise, stop, or repeat the experiment. Adjust Marvin around what you actually managed to do.
The point of the calls
Make Marvin more useful without making you dependent on Leo.
The first month is where we calibrate the system to your pace, decisions, and actual work. The intended result is not more meetings. It is a better independent operating rhythm.
After month 1
- Continue with Marvin at $250/month if the async layer is carrying useful weight.
- Book additional Leo sessions at $250 per 60-minute call when judgment is the scarce part.
- Stop if the evidence says this is not creating enough value.
Marvin is
An accountability and learning assistant. Marvin helps structure experiments, remember context, prepare next actions, and keep evidence visible across the week.
Marvin is not
Leo, an unrestricted AI employee, or a guarantee of growth. External publishing, outreach, spending, account changes, and consequential decisions remain human-owned and require approval.
